La Federación Venezolana de Ajedrez (FVA), la Asociación de Ajedrez del Estado Nueva Esparta (Asoajedrene) y el Instituto Socialista Autónoma de Bolivariana Deportes del Estado Nueva Esparta (IASDEBNE) invita a todos a participar en este evento especial de ajedrez que se celebrarán en Venetur Margarita Hotel, Isla de Margarita, Venezuela, del 21 al 25 de septiembre.

Válido para el Ranking Internacional

del 21 al 25 de septiembre

ITT Grupo: sólo por invitación. Clasificación 2100. Todos los jugadores interesados ​​por favor enviar correo a preguntar disponibilidad.

Sistema de juego: Sistema Suizo: 9 rondas.

Arbitro: Árbitro Principal: FA Ulises Hernández Bermúdez (VEN) Identificación de la FIDE 3902510.

Tiempo de control: 90 minutos por jugador + 30 segundos de incremento por jugada.

Tie-breaks: Puntos Marcados, Resultado mutuo, la puntuación progresiva (PD), Buchholz y sistema Arranz.

Tiempo de espera: 30 minutos después del inicio de la ronda. A menos que el árbitro decida otra cosa

Premios:

Primer Lugar: Trofeo + Bs. 30.000.

Segundo Lugar: Trofeo + Bs. 20.000.

Tercer Lugar: Trofeo + Bs. 10.000.

Los premios en metálico no se pueden dividir. Las posiciones finales se calculan en base a las reglas de desempate antes mencionados.

Cuotas de inscripción: US $ 290.00 por jugador, que incluye: costos de alojamiento, alimentación, cuota de inscripción, impuestos, credenciales, caminar alrededor de la isla y el aeropuerto "Santiago Mariño" transporte al Hotel Venetur Margarita, del 20 al 27 de septiembre. Cuotas de inscripción que se pagará antes del inicio de la primera ronda.

Lugar: Sala de conferencias del hotel Venetur Margarita, Porlamar, Isla de Margarita, Estado Nueva Esparta, Venezuela.

Celulares: Los teléfonos móviles deben estar apagados durante la competición. Si un teléfono celular hace algún sonido durante el juego, este juego será declarará perdido para el dueño celular.

The Venezuelan Chess Federation (FVA), The Chess Association of Nueva Esparta State (Asoajedrene) and the Socialist Autonomous Institute for Bolivarian Sports of Nueva Esparta State (IASDEBNE) invite all of to participate in this special chess event to be held in Venetur Margarita Hotel, Margarita Island, Venezuela on 21st - to 25th September.

ITT Group: Only by Invitation. Rating +2100. All players interested please sent mail to ask for availability.

Playing System: Swiss System: 9 rounds.

Arbiter: Chief Arbiter: FA Ulises Hernandez Bermudez (VEN) ID FIDE 3902510.

Time Control: IRT Group: 90 minutes per player + 30 seconds increment/move.

Tie- breaks: Scored Points, Mutual Result, Progressive Score (PS), Buchholz & Arranz System.

Waiting Time: 30 minutes after the start of the round. Unless the arbiter decides otherwise

Prizes: First Place: Trophy + Bs. 30.000. Second Place: Trophy + Bs. 20.000. Third Place: Trophy + Bs. 10.000. Cash prizes will not be divided. Final places will be calculated based on the above mentioned tie-break rules.

Registration Fees: US$290.00 per player, which includes: lodging cost, meals, entry fee, taxes, credential, walk around the island & airport “Santiago Mariño” transportation to Hotel Venetur Margarita, 5*, from 20 to 27 September. Registration Fees to be paid before the start of the first round.

Staying Location and Playing Venue: Conference room of the Venetur Margarita Hotel, Porlamar City, Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta Estate, Venezuela.

Cellulars: Mobile phones must be turned off during the competition. If a cell phone makes any sound during the game, this game will be declared lost for the cel owner.
